Andrea Clevenger Scandal: Andrea Clevenger, age 34, sentenced to 10 years in prison for RAPING a 13 year old boy.

Andrea  appeared in TLC’s “Cheer Perfection” along with her competitive cheerleader daughter Kylie.

In Reality TV Scandals opinion, this is one of the worst investigations in history, not to mention the coward(s) of ADULTS involved – such as the ones who knew and did not alert authorities!

The crime was reported in November of 2013, the victim met with police in December of 2013

Andrea Clevenger was arrest in January of 2014 and released with a GPS Monitoring Device

Get the rest of the info after the jump.

This is beyond disturbing, I am going to say that right now.

According to media reports, Andrea Clevenger is a  Reality TV personality who appeared  in one episode of Cheer Perfection.  The show follows a group of young cheerleaders at Cheer Time Revolution, located in Sherwood, Ark.  as they endure the world of competitive cheer-leading.  Clevenger caught the most attention before this scandals for treating a hot iron burn with urine — I will not elaborate on that.

ANDREA CLEVENGER

Time Line

* According to Andrea Clevenger arrest affidavit here (WARNING! EXPLICIT DETAILS OF THE CRIME TO THE VICTIM!) Approximately at 9:22 am , Detective Frank Spence [hereinafter: “Detective Spence”] of the Sherwood Police Department, relieved a phone call from the Arkansas Juvenile Abuse Hotline regarding a 13 year old white male victim disclosing the victim alleged to have been raped by Andrea Clevenger.  “Detective Spence” contacted the family and agreed to meet on November 29 th 2013. (WTF?!) two days later??

The report goes on in very graphic details in what occurred between the victim and Clevenger. You will have to read it for yourself here – see warning above.

The victim went on to tell “Detective Spence” Clevenger would also send him inappropriate photos of herself. And let’s just say; it wasn’t her with Christmas Sweater.  The parents of the victim signed a sworn statement and surrendered  the victims iPhone to “Detective Spence”, On December 3rd 2014 after granted a warrant on the device (See these time lapses are bad!) “Detective Spence” was able to recover the photographs on the memory using Cellbrite Physical Analyzer Software.  “Detective Spence” was able to locate numerous photo let’s just say. Again, you can read it here. Note: Just because you delete, does not mean it is gone forever.

“Detective Spence” also noted, On December 3, 2013, the victims father appeared at the Sherwood Police Department and signed a sworn written statement of the discovery of the photos and the assault of his child. In addition, the victim alerted Detective Spence to alerting the acts to a juvenile witness and used his HTC phone to alert Clevenger his parents had knowledge of the assault. Detective Spence contacted the juvenile’s family and had them come to the Police Station and write a sworn statement.  The parents then told Detective Spence, I am dumbfounded right now. These parents don’t call anyone?

On December 4th, 2013, Detective Spence contacted Andrea Clevenger and arranged to meet with her the following day on December 5, 2013.  The report goes on to say the juvenile’s parents appeared at the Police Department on December 5th detailing her knowledge of  events such as: Texts, Photos and A VOICE CONVERSATION. The mother claimed she sent a text to Clevenger alerting her the victim’s parents knew of the exploitation of their son. What A Dumb Ass. She should have kept quiet and told Police. You never let a predator know you are on to them.

“Detective Spence” goes on to say while the victims’s mother filled out her statement, he showed them and the victim the photos her was able to recover off the memory, 32 images to be exact, and the victim said Clevenger said they were her “organs”.  “Detective Spence” notes while there is no face on the photos, there were visible markings on the photos that matched Andrea Clevenger.

Clevenger was finally arrested on January 14th, 2014 because she turned herself in, Clevenger also was released with an ankle monitor GPS device.
